About | Furneaux Lodge
Furneaux Lodge offers a range of accommodation, from contemporary suites to family-friendly cottages, all with sea views, and basic hiker’s cabins. Our waterfront suites are one bedroom apartments, and are absolutely private with stunning views. The self-contained two bedroom chalets have panoramic views and are great for family groups and people hiking the Queen Charlotte Track. In combination with our restaurant, it is the premier wedding venue in the Sounds and a popular location for conferences.
Nestled in the outer reaches of the Queen Charlotte Sound, in the heart of New Zealand’s stunning Marlborough Sounds, Furneaux Lodge is the first stop on the renowned Queen Charlotte Track. Looking out over the calm, clear waters of Endeavour Inlet, the Lodge is surrounded by 2000 acres of native virgin forest which has been unchanged since Captain Cook’s first visit to the inlet in 1769.
